xcs-richpresence Ultra-lightweight Discord Rich Presence for FiveM. Displays your server name, player name, live player count (e.g. 1/128), and real-time FPS in Discord's "Playing" status — with custom server logo, small icon, and up to 2 action buttons (Discord invite, website, etc.). Built for performance: zero per-frame loops, event-driven player counts, diff-checked updates (only pushes when something actually changes), and accumulator-based FPS sampling instead of rolling buffers. Idles at 0.00ms in resmon and barely registers when active.
