These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of xCore Development("we", "us", "our"), including the storefront at https://xcoredev.xyz/and every resource sold through it. By browsing the store, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
We sell digital FiveM scripts and resources for use on FiveM game servers. Every product is delivered and its payment processed by Tebex, our third-party checkout and delivery provider. Some products require linking a FiveM identity through Tebex before they can be added to your basket — this is how Tebex knows where to deliver the resource, and it's handled entirely on Tebex's side, not ours.
Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that resource on your own FiveM server(s). You do not own the underlying code, and unless a product explicitly says otherwise you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or re-upload it — as a standalone file, bundled with other resources, or as part of a server sale — to any other person or server. Many of our scripts are protected by FiveM's own Asset Escrow system, and attempting to bypass or reverse-engineer that protection is a violation of these Terms as well as FiveM's own policies.
Signing in with Discord is optional and only unlocks account features — order history, reviews, and your wishlist. You don't need an account to buy anything. You're responsible for keeping your Discord account secure; we don't control Discord and aren't responsible for how it's secured or operated.
All payments are handled by Tebex. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. By purchasing, you also agree to Tebex's own terms governing the transaction itself. Refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy.
If you submit a review, you're confirming it reflects your own genuine experience with the product, and you grant us permission to display it publicly on the site. We moderate reviews before they go live and may remove or reject anything that's fake, abusive, off-topic, or otherwise not a real product review.
Violating any of this may result in losing access to your account, purchased resources, or both, at our discretion.
Resources are provided "as is". We put real effort into performance and reliability, but we can't guarantee a script will be free of bugs, compatible with every custom framework fork, or fault-free on every server configuration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties beyond what's described on each product page, and our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
We may update these Terms as the store evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
